Slaughtering is valid by means of any sharp tool that causes the blood flow. This would includes such machines as you describe. If this action is taken and Allah’s name is mentioned, then the slaughter is correct and the meat slaughtered in this way is lawful, by the will of Allah.
If some of the animals are slaughtered before the name of Allah could be mentioned on them, then they are also lawful, by the will of Allah.
